È un gioco di collezione, senza account. Puoi usarlo come vuoi per divertirti; non puoi rivenderlo né spacciarlo per tuo. I cervelli e i pezzi che collezioni sono numeri dentro l'app: non hanno valore fuori dal gioco e non si possono scambiare.
1. Accettazione
Scaricando o usando Zombie Gacha (l'«App») accetti questi termini. Se non li accetti, non usare l'App e disinstallala. L'App è fornita da Wu Xing Guang («noi»).
2. Licenza d'uso
Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per installare e usare l'App sui dispositivi che possiedi o controlli, per uso personale e non commerciale.
Non puoi: rivendere, noleggiare o sublicenziare l'App; decompilarla o modificarla se non nei limiti consentiti dalla legge; rimuovere le indicazioni di titolarità; usarla per scopi illeciti.
3. Proprietà intellettuale
L'App, la grafica, i suoni, la musica, i testi e i personaggi sono opere originali e restano di nostra proprietà. Nulla in questi termini ti trasferisce diritti sull'opera oltre alla licenza d'uso del punto 2.
Le immagini del tuo zombie che generi e condividi dall'App puoi usarle liberamente, anche pubblicarle sui social.
4. Valuta e oggetti di gioco
I «cervelli» e i pezzi collezionabili sono elementi puramente virtuali, interni all'App. In particolare:
- non hanno alcun valore monetario e non sono convertibili in denaro, beni o servizi;
- non sono di tua proprietà: ti concediamo il diritto di usarli all'interno dell'App;
- non sono trasferibili ad altri giocatori né rimborsabili;
- vengono persi definitivamente se disinstalli l'App o cancelli i dati del dispositivo, perché non esistono copie sui nostri server.
5. Elementi casuali e probabilità
L'App contiene una meccanica a estrazione casuale: girando la manopola ricevi un oggetto scelto a caso fra quelli disponibili.
Le probabilità di uscita di ciascuna fascia di rarità e di ciascun oggetto sono pubblicate all'interno dell'App (schermata «Tassi») e corrispondono a quelle effettivamente applicate dal codice. Sono pubblicate anche le garanzie: una rarità RARA o superiore entro dieci tiri consecutivi e una LEGGENDARIA garantita entro il novantesimo.
Ogni estrazione è indipendente, salvo l'effetto delle garanzie descritte. Trattandosi di un evento casuale, nessun risultato è promesso o garantito oltre a quanto dichiarato.
6. Aggiornamenti e modifiche al gioco
Possiamo aggiornare l'App, aggiungere o rimuovere contenuti, cambiare le probabilità, l'economia o le funzioni, anche interrompendone la distribuzione. Faremo il possibile per non danneggiare i progressi esistenti, ma non possiamo garantirlo per sempre. Le probabilità aggiornate saranno sempre visibili nella schermata «Tassi» della versione installata.
7. Nessuna garanzia
L'App è fornita «così com'è» e «come disponibile», senza garanzie di alcun tipo, esplicite o implicite, comprese quelle di commerciabilità, idoneità a uno scopo particolare e assenza di difetti. Non garantiamo che funzioni senza interruzioni o errori su ogni dispositivo.
Restano impregiudicati i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori e che non possono essere esclusi contrattualmente.
8. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti massimi consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili per danni indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare l'App, inclusa la perdita di progressi di gioco. La nostra responsabilità complessiva non potrà comunque eccedere l'importo che ci hai eventualmente corrisposto per l'App nei dodici mesi precedenti l'evento da cui deriva la responsabilità.
Questa limitazione non si applica a dolo o colpa grave, né ai casi in cui la legge non consenta limitazioni.
9. Minori
L'App è adatta a un pubblico generico. Se sei minorenne, usala con il consenso di chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale. Non essendoci account né funzioni sociali, non è possibile entrare in contatto con altri utenti attraverso l'App.
10. Cessazione
Puoi smettere di usare l'App in qualsiasi momento disinstallandola: è anche il modo per cancellare tutti i dati locali. Possiamo sospendere la licenza in caso di violazione grave di questi termini.
11. Store
Il download avviene tramite App Store o Google Play, che applicano condizioni proprie. In caso di conflitto, per gli aspetti relativi alla distribuzione prevalgono le condizioni dello store. Apple e Google non sono parti di questo contratto e non hanno alcun obbligo di assistenza sull'App.
12. Privacy
Il trattamento dei dati è descritto nell'informativa sulla privacy, che forma parte integrante di questi termini. In sintesi: l'App non raccoglie né trasmette alcun dato.
13. Modifiche ai termini
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini. La versione in vigore è sempre quella pubblicata a questo indirizzo, con la data indicata in cima. Continuando a usare l'App dopo una modifica, accetti la versione aggiornata.
14. Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per le controversie è competente il foro di Verona, fatti salvi i fori inderogabili previsti a tutela del consumatore.

In short
It is a collection game, with no accounts. Use it however you like for fun; you may not resell it or pass it off as your own. The brains and parts you collect are numbers inside the app: they have no value outside the game and cannot be traded.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Zombie Gacha (the “App”) you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App and uninstall it. The App is provided by Wu Xing Guang (“we”).
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not: resell, rent or sublicense the App; decompile or modify it except as permitted by law; remove ownership notices; or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Intellectual property
The App, its artwork, sounds, music, texts and characters are original works and remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers rights in the work to you beyond the licence in clause 2.
Images of your zombie that you generate and share from the App are yours to use freely, including publishing them on social media.
4. In-game currency and items
“Brains” and collectible parts are purely virtual elements internal to the App. Specifically:
- they have no monetary value and cannot be converted into money, goods or services;
- you do not own them: we grant you the right to use them inside the App;
- they cannot be transferred to other players and are not refundable;
- they are permanently lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data, because no copies exist on our servers.
5. Randomness and odds
The App contains a random-draw mechanic: turning the crank gives you an item chosen at random from those available.
The drop rates for each rarity tier and each item are published inside the App (“Rates” screen) and match the ones the code actually applies. The guarantees are published too: a RARE or better within ten consecutive pulls, and a LEGENDARY guaranteed by the ninetieth.
Each draw is independent, except for the effect of the guarantees described. Being a random event, no outcome is promised or guaranteed beyond what is disclosed.
6. Updates and changes to the game
We may update the App, add or remove content, change the odds, the economy or the features, and may discontinue distribution. We will do our best not to harm existing progress, but we cannot guarantee this forever. Updated odds will always be visible in the “Rates” screen of the installed version.
7. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free on every device.
Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract remain unaffected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of game progress. Our total liability shall in any case not exceed the amount you have paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor where the law does not allow limitations.
9. Minors
The App is suitable for a general audience. If you are a minor, use it with the consent of your parent or guardian. As there are no accounts or social features, it is not possible to come into contact with other users through the App.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which is also how you delete all local data. We may suspend the licence in case of a serious breach of these terms.
11. App stores
The App is downloaded through the App Store or Google Play, which apply their own terms. In case of conflict, the store's terms prevail for matters relating to distribution. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and have no obligation to provide support for the App.
12. Privacy
Data handling is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. In short: the App collects and transmits no data.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published at this address, bearing the date shown at the top. By continuing to use the App after a change, you accept the updated version.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Verona shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue.
