Dati che non raccogliamo
Non raccogliamo, non trasmettiamo e non condividiamo:
- nome, e-mail, numero di telefono o qualsiasi altro dato identificativo;
- identificatori pubblicitari, IDFA, indirizzo IP o impronta del dispositivo;
- posizione geografica;
- rubrica, foto, microfono, fotocamera;
- dati di utilizzo o statistiche inviate a terzi.
L'app non richiede alcun permesso di sistema e non contiene codice che effettui chiamate di rete.
Dati salvati sul tuo dispositivo
Per far funzionare il gioco, l'app salva alcune informazioni nell'area riservata dell'applicazione, usando il meccanismo standard delle preferenze del sistema operativo. Non escono mai dal dispositivo:
- i tuoi progressi: cervelli, oggetti trovati, pezzi equipaggiati, numero di tiri, contatori delle garanzie;
- il nome che hai dato al tuo zombie;
- le tue preferenze: lingua, effetti sonori, musica;
- alcuni indicatori di stato: se hai già visto l'introduzione, se hai già ritirato il bonus invito, l'istante dell'ultima apertura (serve a calcolare la rendita passiva);
- un conteggio locale di eventi di gioco (quanti tiri, quanti equipaggiamenti e simili), tenuto solo sul dispositivo per diagnosticare eventuali problemi. Non viene inviato a nessuno.
Queste informazioni non ti identificano e non vengono associate a te.
Condivisione
Quando premi Condividi o Invita un amico, l'app prepara un'immagine o un testo e li consegna al pannello di condivisione del tuo sistema operativo. Sei tu a scegliere se e dove inviarli. L'app non trasmette nulla per conto proprio e non sa dove finisce quello che condividi: da quel momento vale l'informativa privacy dell'applicazione che hai scelto.
Minori
L'app è adatta a un pubblico generico. Poiché non raccogliamo alcun dato, non trattiamo consapevolmente né inconsapevolmente dati personali di minori. Non è richiesta la creazione di un account e non ci sono funzioni sociali all'interno dell'app.
Cancellazione dei dati
Tutti i dati vivono nell'area riservata dell'app. Disinstallando Zombie Gacha vengono eliminati definitivamente, senza bisogno di richieste: non esistendo copie remote, non c'è nulla da cancellare altrove.
I tuoi diritti
Il Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) riconosce diritti di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione sui dati personali. Poiché non raccogliamo né trattiamo dati personali, non c'è nulla su cui esercitarli: nessun archivio ti riguarda. Restiamo comunque disponibili all'indirizzo indicato sopra.
Servizi di terze parti
L'app usa alcune librerie open source per riprodurre audio e video, salvare le preferenze e aprire il pannello di condivisione del sistema. Sono usate esclusivamente in locale e nessuna di esse invia dati a server esterni nell'uso che ne facciamo.
Gli store da cui hai scaricato l'app (App Store, Google Play) possono raccogliere per conto proprio dati sul download e sull'uso, secondo le rispettive informative, sulle quali non abbiamo controllo.
Modifiche
Se una versione futura dell'app introducesse funzioni che raccolgono dati, questa informativa verrebbe aggiornata prima della pubblicazione e la data in cima cambierebbe di conseguenza.

In short
Zombie Gacha collects nothing. There are no accounts, no internet connection and no remote analytics. Everything you do in the game stays on your phone and disappears when you uninstall the app.
Who processes your data
The app is developed and published by Wu Xing Guang. For any question about this policy you can write to info@zombiegacha.com.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect, transmit or share:
- name, e-mail, phone number or any other identifying information;
- advertising identifiers, IDFA, IP address or device fingerprint;
- location;
- contacts, photos, microphone, camera;
- usage data or analytics sent to third parties.
The app requests no system permissions and contains no code that makes network requests.
Data stored on your device
To make the game work, the app saves some information inside its own sandbox, using the operating system's standard preferences mechanism. It never leaves your device:
- your progress: brains, items found, equipped parts, number of pulls, guarantee counters;
- the name you gave your zombie;
- your preferences: language, sound effects, music;
- a few state flags: whether you have seen the intro, whether you have claimed the invite bonus, the timestamp of your last session (used to compute idle income);
- a local count of gameplay events (how many pulls, how many equips and so on), kept on the device only to help diagnose problems. It is never sent anywhere.
None of this identifies you, and none of it is linked to you.
Sharing
When you tap Share or Invite a friend, the app prepares an image or a piece of text and hands it to your operating system's share sheet. You decide whether and where to send it. The app transmits nothing on its own and has no knowledge of where your content ends up: from that point on, the privacy policy of the app you chose applies.
Children
The app is suitable for a general audience. Since we collect no data, we do not knowingly or unknowingly process personal data belonging to children. No account is required and the app contains no social features.
Deleting your data
All data lives inside the app's sandbox. Uninstalling Zombie Gacha deletes it permanently, with no request needed: since no remote copies exist, there is nothing to erase anywhere else.
Your rights
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) grants rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over personal data. Since we neither collect nor process personal data, there is nothing to exercise them against: no record concerns you. We remain available at the address above.
Third-party services
The app uses a few open-source libraries to play audio and video, store preferences and open the system share sheet. They are used locally only, and none of them sends data to external servers in the way we use them.
The stores you downloaded the app from (App Store, Google Play) may collect their own data about the download and usage, under their respective policies, over which we have no control.
Changes
If a future version of the app introduced features that collect data, this policy would be updated before that release and the date at the top would change accordingly.
